This blanket came to life by pure coincidence and a lot of love.

Raego, our newest rescued little soul, was found wet, cold, and covered in mud on the streets. He needed warmth and comfort, so I held him and took him home. Now, at 3 months old, he’s cozying up in this beautiful crochet blanket — a little piece I made to keep him warm and let him know he’s loved.

We are now sharing this blanket on behalf of Raego, as a token of his gratitude. Every stitch tells the story of his first safe, warm night at home.
