All Eleven Dragons pieces are made with care and attention to detail. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.

We do accept exchanges. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
